REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund & Cancellation Policy | Rafay Rent a Car Lahore
At Rafay Rent a Car, we aim to keep our refund and cancellation process clear, fair, and transparent. Please read the policy below carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking Cancellation
Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after the pickup time.
2. Early Returns
If a vehicle is returned earlier than the booked rental period, no refund will be provided. The full rental amount for the agreed booking duration will be charged.
3. Security Deposit Refund
The security deposit is fully refundable after vehicle return and inspection.
Refunds are usually processed within 24–48 hours, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition with no damages, fines, or violations.
4. Modification of Booking
Booking modifications are subject to vehicle availability.
Requests for changes should be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Any price difference due to modification will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Force Majeure
In case of unavoidable situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or civil unrest, Rafay Rent a Car may offer rescheduling or refunds, depending on the situation.

7. Policy Updates
